All of our existing client care homes or services are supported by our experienced operational teams consisting of experienced nurses, managers and commercial directors to suit each engagement. We pride ourselves on exceeding regulatory standards, maintaining high occupancy rates and high staff retention contributing to excellent standards and consistency of care.
We have excellent control of costs working to agreed detailed budgets within the services we manage and all of our engagements include regular operational and financial reporting to our employers.
We do not like to stand still and we are always looking to develop the services we are involved with so that they remain well regarded by commissioners and service users, and relevant to local demand. We also have experience of developing new services and diversifying services where maturing occupancy and/or fee income, while developing and supporting the staff, are key to success.
In addition, for our larger investment clients, we have formed completely standalone teams to concentrate on their portfolios including running regional offices, dedicated regional management teams and dedicated finance teams while all being brought under the same umbrella for consistency by our Management Board.
